Location is good, access to various location including Kyoto by either JR, Keihan light rail or bus is easy, the manager is very friendly and very devoted in making the accommodation nice, the neighborhood is very local Japanese, the common room area is very comfortable. Washing machine is a big plus, even though coin laundry is just around the corner.

It was a very roomy place, especially for Japan. We invited some local friends over for a long lunch for example. Complete kitchen, big refrigerator, made entertaining easy. Comfortable bathroom facilities, excellent hot water, free parking quiet neighborhood but not too remote. I recommend it for any 2 or 4 family people who want to stay in the area.

A very spacious and comfortable stay — I absolutely loved the overall experience. The location is excellent, close to all amenities (7 eleven, Family mart, shopping and public transport, and not too far from Kyoto Station.
