Location. Safety (with security guard at night). Room had all things necessary for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel near the tram and city center. Great rooms with amenities. The bonus is a keyless/receptionless entrance, allowing you to arrive at any time. The room was ready 5 hours before the checkin time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a very safe and beautiful area, with a lovely interior design. It was also exceptionally quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real relief during the summer heat wave.

Clear guidance was provided through online registration and an access link to the main entrance. Info was also provided on which room # you would receive

Despite a small issue during our stay, the hotel handled it exceptionally well, even following up with a call, an apology, and a one-night refund. The location and hotel vibes are great, and their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. Their behavior reflects the warmth and fairness the Dutch people are known for — an easy 10/10.

I had a wonderful time in Den Haag, staying in a cozy, modern and clean apartment. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, such as a fridge, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine. The terrace with a view of the city was amazing. I enjoyed having breakfast there and watching the sunrise.The location was also great, close to the city center and public transport. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Den Haag in comfort and style.

Excellent location right in the center of The Hague’s with many shops and restaurants nearby. Soundproofing is excellent, no outside or inside noises. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a good kitchen, quality equipment (including washing machine and dryer) and a very comfortable bed. Having airconditioning was very nice. The apartment was very clean. They also have parking space in the underground garage. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! The hostess gave us a warm welcome and was always easy to reach. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the shopping center and plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The apartment matched the photos perfectly; it wasn’t super luxurious, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Considering the price, the value was very good. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
