NetherlandsI stayed in the city room on the third floor. The room was spacious, bright and had a high ceiling. Amenities are good quality. Warm room and building (rare in Dutch standards). They provide abundance of coffee capsules. The building is in a decent neighborhood. Two Albert Heijns and a small park nearby. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definetely recommend this place. Good price for such quality.

Located in the province of South Holland, The Hague is the capital city of the Netherlands. This beautiful city is home to the Dutch government and parliament, the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, and the Council of State.
With more than 150 international organizations, including the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, The Hague differs from other Dutch cities. It features a great number of historic buildings, charming palaces, squares and green parks. The unique Madurodam park is a well-known attraction, where you can learn the history of Holland through amazing miniature buildings.
Next to Hofvijver lake, the Binnenhof is a complex of buildings including the chambers of the Dutch Parliament. Take a guided tour in the monumental Het Binnenhof and visit the Knights Hall (Ridderzaal).
The long sandy beach at Scheveningen is a favorite seaside resort in the Netherlands. Featuring a selection of water sports and entertainment venues, Scheveningen is great for nature lovers and families.

I loved every moment I spent in this city, mainly due to how...
I loved every moment I spent in this city, mainly due to how walkable is! Everything feels like a short (15-20 minutes at most) walk away, and the few things that are further are easily accessible using the tram network (like the beaches). I particularly enjoyed the Mauritshuis and Escher museums, which were both incredible to walk through (the Mauritshuis also has a free audio guide app which was great).
If you're a foodie, there are some fantastic restaurants in the city, and they cater to just about every taste and style imaginable... However, the standout for me was the Anjappar Denhaag, which had the most incredible and authentic South Indian cuisine I think I've had outside of India!
All in all, this city is beautiful, and was a joy to walk around and visit, and I feel it's a perfect place to go for a long weekend to get away when you want to just chill and soak in some culture and good food.

We discovered the Escher museum.
We visited the sculpture museum by the sea. It was interesting.
We walked by the sea and liked the sculptures We did not like the sea border with so many restaurants on the beach.

The Hague is beautiful, it has a mixture of modern...
The Hague is beautiful, it has a mixture of modern architecture & old buildings. It is very clean, fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes & bars. The trams are great & less than 20 mins from the city centre is the most beautiful beach & promenade that rivals anything abroad. Loads to do & well worth a visit!

We ate mostly at home, but I would recommend "Takumi Tonkotsu Ramen". The infrastructure is amazing so it's very easy to get around with almost any mode of transportation. I would also recommend going to bouldering at "Beest Boulders".

I am a repeat visitor to The Hague, spending several weeks each year. I love the vibe, the restaurants, and the proximity to the beach. I typically wander around and find new places to explore and always meet friendly people along the way.

Eurostar to Rotterdam. Then on to Den Haag.
Eurostar to Rotterdam. Then on to Den Haag. Transport is excellent around the area and getting to various towns and cities is very easy via Tram and Train. Den Haag Centraal perfect for travel. This was a very hot time for everyone and the air conditioning in both Tram and Train was very welcome. We found The Dutch people very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next holiday in The Netherlands.

The Boutique Hotel Corona is really lovely, and ideally situated to visit Den Haag. The hotel also offers rental bikes, which we used to bike to the Vredespaleis and to Scheveningen. Breakfast was wonderful, and we also need to mention the convenient locked luggage storage. All hotel personnel was very friendly and gave lots of information. We can also recommend a visit to the Escher Museum, which is within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The budget easyHotel, in the heart of the Hague, is great value for the money: clean, affordable and steps to everything.
The rooms may be small but so is the price - perfect for the cost conscious tourist. Comfy double beds, courteous staff and convenient location make this hotel a smart choice for the budget traveller!

Great location between Scheveningen and The Hague city centre. Tram stop (Tram no. 9) within 2 min walk to get to either direction. Hotel room very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

Good location and good facilities, it’s a huge hotel with nice reception room, gym and restaurant, right in the center of The Hague. We also loved the secure bike parking, with handy bike pump. That was much appreciated for us on a bike tour
