The location is very good , just 4 bus stop to the central station . 3-5 minute walking to bus stop. The room is spacious, clean , has everything you need for the trip. Staff is helpful. Spa and gym is a bonus. There is laundry and iron on the first floor. We like the July and will definitely come back.

Staff incredibly friendly (expected, since it is a school), good and very quiet bedroom, parking lot available. The breakfast was a little weird, we had to wait for them to come to our table and get our order. Not so many options available, considering a hotel breakfast. But, what was available was very good.

This hotel had the best reception staff I have ever experienced. On arrival you are personally greeted and offered an arrival drink. I had tea as I was exhausted! It gets you off to a very good start. Our room was amazing, downstairs on the canal with a special chair that allowed you to sit level with the canal and watch the boats go by. I have never stayed in anything like it. I loved our stay here.

Amsterdam is beautiful and has many things to offer, to do and to see. But here I am going to talk about the things I didn't like. 1. Very expensive (bring a lot of money to spend, food is expensive, restaurants are very expensive). 2. The plan of the city, the roads, the street, very messy. 3. People drive fast, ride bikes fast and not with sufficient care, so traffic is chaotic in downtown, you have to be very careful not to be rolled over. 4. The metro system is VERY complicated and difficult to use for foreigners, and it didn't accept my credit card. Ubers are very expensive. 5. People in general are in a hurry and could be more polite.

Stay in Reiwa was most enjoyable n relaxing.

Stay in Reiwa was most enjoyable n relaxing. It's little on the outskirt of the city but travel to any place in Amsterdam was no problem since there is a Bus Stand within 150m. The room though a little small was very comfortable for a couple with a comfortable bed n clean bathroom. Extremely well decorated it had a lot of snacks n drink catered by the owner Mr Don who has personally designed the room even though he is a Mathematician by profession. Located next to a flowing canal it was a pleasure watching the ducks n Swans floating on the canal. Likewise the people going on boats or catching fish. Our sincere thanks to Mr Don for the most comfortable stay n his guidance to go around Amsterdam. The room also has a Micro-oven n cooking utencils. An excellent place to stay.

We stayed for 4 days. 3 would have been perfect as the last day we were a bit stumped what to do. Amsterdam is very expensive but the food and activities available there are fantastic. Going out of the centre a little is the best way to find authentic Dutch food and the touristy-centre is good for quick food and sweet treats. Would definitely recommend a canal tour and a day trip to Zaanse schans as this was a fantastic way to see all the history around the Holland windmills. Amsterdam is very easy to navigate and the GVB app was great for looking at trains and trams times. Would highly recommend the 3 day pass available to buy at the airport when you land for all train, tram and bus tickets. Lots of bars/restaurants have English menus and a lot of people speak English so finding whatever you need was easy. We enjoyed the Amsterdam dungeons for a good laugh, museums and the canal boat tour. We didn’t pre-book anything and got in no problem but would recommend booking for the Ann frank museum as this books up quickly. You can rent bikes but would not recommend riding in city centre unless you’re confident as there are hundreds of them and the rules of the roads seem confusing. All in all a fantastic trip, would highly recommend and will definitely be back 🎉

Beautiful city and very interesting culture, it is moving towards a more cashless city and would recommend using your card as we took cash. Very easy to travel by trains and metro, our favorite days was when we went to Zandvoort Beach for two days of our stay and it is brilliant, reasonable pricing (10 euro for a sunbed for the entire day) or you can just use towels for free - would highly recommend if you have nice weather.

Amsterdam is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. The weather is delightful in the summer, the locals are friendly, and the city offers stunning scenery along with a wide variety of fascinating museums. My children were absolutely captivated by the museums and could have spent hours exploring them. I highly recommend Amsterdam for families looking for a memorable and enriching travel experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Amsterdam. Despite the recommendation to use public transport to reach the city centre, we decided to walk and enjoyed a lovely stroll with great views along the way. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and feels new or recently renovated. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the staff is truly friendly, approachable, and always available. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the TV offers a wide range of options. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel and location as always. Stayed here for a conference and a few more days after that to enjoy the December atmosphere in Amsterdam. This is our 4th or 5th time staying at nHow Amsterdam and we have never had a bad experience. The room and bed is lovely, the staff are fantastic and the facilities are great. The location is also so convenient for us to get to different neighbourhoods, the city centre or the airport.

I have stayed in both the Hoxton's in Amsterdam and they are both lovely. This one is a bit further out, lovely building, nice rooms, great food. If you want to avoid the noise of the city centre but still have easy access to it then a great option. And a step above your usual corporate hotels.
