• A 50 euros fine will be imposed if guests fail to adhere to the house rule of staying in the assigned bed. Please refrain from taking another person's bed during your stay, as this will result in the fine being enforced.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
