Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!

The room is clean. The bed is comfy. We would loved to book again in the near future.

Affordable, easily accessible to SM City (walking distance to SM). Near the heart of Cebu city and close-by to Fuente Osmeña Circle. The property exceed my expectations because it was clean, comfy, cozy, and the place makes you feel at home and secure. We had no problems whatsoever with checking in. It's a straight shot from Cebu South Bus and the nearby amenities of 7-Eleven, ATMs, and Potato Corner downstairs makes it even more so. Definitely recommend.

the the bedroom was excellent and the best part was really convenient SM CEBU just Infront of it. The host was really helpful and the bed was comfy and it's great for the family and group of friends. Shame we didn't stay more nights, definitely come back again and stay more. I would definitely recommend this to my family,friends and relatives when they come and visit Cebu, the best part was on sea view location and also swimming is lovely.The best you can cook with your favourite dish, kitchen stuffs are all complete.

The property is clean and smells good. It was near to almost all establishments specially malls. It was a convenient location. Spent Christmas and New Year here, and it truly felt like home! The place is spacious and affordable for a group of 5. Sir Wil and his staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, homey vibe.

The location is in the center of Cebu City - IT park, big malls like sm and ayala are very accessible. So are transportation - just few minutes walk. Safe and quiet. Good amenities and facilities - advertised as it is. Have own pool and gym, own fridge, washing machine, electric stove, cookingwares

Donald and Lani were magnificent host. We arrived earlier than anticipated and asked if we could check in early, they were happy to obliged. They made us feel very welcomed and showed us the apartment room and gave us everything we need to know. The room was lovely and had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable. Thank you Lani and Donald for a lovely stay, we will be back.

I had an amazing stay at this room! Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable bed, and all amenities were top-notch. The decor was stylish, and the atmosphere was so relaxing.
