Great for family or friends. everything is so nice organized, you have instructions for everything, this is really professional! Great communication with the host over whasap. self check in self check out. one of the best locations i have been to lately.

Warning: Do not book this property – it is fake! There is no such building at this address. The 5 reviews are fake, likely written by the owner’s family without any real stay. Don’t be fooled like I was. When we arrived in İzmir, we took a taxi. The address led to a village full of hens, roosters, and piles of garbage, with locals who all seemed to know each other. The streets were extremely narrow, uphill, and had stone stairs, making it nearly impossible for the car to pass. After 30 minutes of turning around and asking residents, the taxi driver could not find the property. He dropped us and our six bags at the beginning of Street 391, a short street of about 300 meters. I called the property number provided in my booking email (+90 532 268 1773) four times to get directions. Nobody answered. I left a message requesting a callback, but nobody called back. While waiting, we asked the village residents about the address. There is no building with number 21 for rent. An elderly man living at number 22 said that if there were a rental building, it should have been in front of his house, but there was none. We went up and down the stairs multiple times searching. There was an abandoned house with a locker, surrounded by foul-smelling garbage left by other residents. The building was completely uninhabitable. I tried to check my booking for a passcode but found nothing. I called again and left another message: “We have arrived and cannot find the address. Please call us to help.” Again, no one answered or called back. After waiting 30 minutes for a response, we walked down around 100 stairs to reach a street where we could take a taxi to another hotel. The property staff then booked a 3-day stay for us at Alion Hotel. My older cousin suffers from arthrosis, and after walking in that area, she was unable to move properly during our entire 3-day stay in İzmir. This property is a scam. Do not risk your money or your safety.

Great host. Went out of his way to help us park our car. Nice location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great value.

Love the small house, really convenient and cozy, the owner is really warm hearted, willing to give help anytime, recommendation on everyone who wants to be in izmir. Btw, the location is perfect as well
