Throughout our stay, Ms. Rüya was extremely attentive and helpful. We had seen her name mentioned in reviews before arriving at the hotel, and she truly lived up to the praise. She is very polite, caring, and genuinely goes out of her way to assist guests. She personally helped us with our room upgrade, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, we were generally satisfied. Additionally, the hotel’s gym is excellent and well-equipped, perfect for those who want to keep up with their workouts. Overall, considering Ms. Rüya’s exceptional service and the hotel’s amenities, our stay was a very positive experience.

Very clean, comfortable and it was so good for rest after business meetings. Stuff was very frinedly and helpfull. It was connected to pulman hotel wich made our trip best side. Everytjing was good. Only the problem was that after finish our business confrance in Oulman hotel quite we were fat from hystorical and turist places. Otherwise very close are seversl cofeeshops and nice olaces. Good for travel and relax

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Property is good we had mistake by booking instead of make it from 10th to 14th we did it from 11th to 15th but Mr ali the Gm he assist us and fix the problem and put us in other suite , this man so helpful They have nice parking in basement if you have car which is something very great in That area the location is good near to it good restaurant and supermarkets and very near to Taksim area around 7 minutes walking Suite is clean and good for family 4 persons they gave us complimentary bed for the baby There is nice sauna and gym and inside swimming pool. In general I like property and I advise you to make reservation in it you will not regret There is also good balcony with ashtray if you want to smoke

My balcony had a view of the sea and a nearby mosque. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service was great and reliable.

It was located in taksim area, a bit away from the middle of the busy street. Room was beautiful, spacious, clean but there’s a bit of street noise. All staff were extremely friendly and nice. Especially mr.Mehmet was hands down the best part of our stay at Walton gardens pera. He was really helpful and absolutely went above my expectation. I’ll be back here if i come back Istanbul.

I booked an apartment for our family of four; it was spacious, comfortable, very clean with many drawers and closets. The reception and all staff members were helpful and attentive.

The staff very hospitable and kind. When we arrived they explained us with the map and that everything was walkable. The hotel is super well located.

Perfect in everything! 5 minutes to the mall/outlet and 8 min to SAW airport! It is in huge compound full of restaurants, shisha lounge, supermarkets, stores, and kids fun and entertainment activities. They took us from and to the airport for free, my family's flight was canceled, the hosted them for additional time and checked out late then drove them to the airport. Turgay is a man of haven! Tashakurat!

The hotel staff, Güler, is friendly and helpful. She's always ready to assist. The room has all the necessary bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, slippers, conditioner – everything is provided. The kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with all kitchenware.

This is an excellent accommodation in Istanbul's Old City. It features separate bedrooms and a living room, which is convenient, along with a spacious balcony. Additionally, there is an elevator, making it easy to move luggage. Above all, the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist guests. Everything was alright , the day we arrived they picked us from the airport , it was smooth service , we came here , Serhat helped us a lot , he showed us main destination , place has prime location its close by to everywhere . This apartment is affordable, right in the center of the action in Istanbul's historic quarter, and with a lovely terrace with sea view. The neighborhood is safe and accessible with many friendly people — would definitely recommend!

It is very center located, only 3 minutes walk from obelisks and Blue Mosque. A very good restaurant in the basement.

The location was very good, the apartment was clean and had everything needed. The staff was very friendly. - They allowed us a very early check in, which was great, since we had traveled all night.

The host was very kind and helpful. They let us do a late check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00, and this was extremely helpful, considering that we travelled with small kids and our flight was later. The location is good, at walking distance from the main attractions.
