Very clean. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Check in took 30 secs and check out took 2 secs. Does not take 5 mins to walk, takes only 2 mins. Excellent room service and quiet place. I will definitely come back when I need

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, efficient wifi, position close to Marmara sea and Florya Akvarium station of Marmaray rail line, just some 30 min walk from Yeşilköy with plenty of restaurants.

Hotel Sapphire in Istanbul was a fantastic place to stay! The staff were warm and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were so cozy that it felt like sinking into a cloud. We loved that there was no street noise at all—since cars aren’t allowed on this street, it was wonderfully peaceful. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. There was such a great variety of fresh food—salads, fruits, vegetables, pastries, freshly made eggs and even Turkish sweets that were a delight to try! The team serving breakfast was very professional and friendly. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of trams, buses, and ferries, which made exploring the city super convenient. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were seamless, making everything stress-free. Overall, Hotel Sapphire felt like the perfect base to enjoy Istanbul!

The commute from the hotel was quite easy, amazing views from room, the breakfast spread was just perfect, with varieties and very delicious too.

As usual this hotel and welcoming staff do not disappoint. My time here ended up being longer than planned. I had actually checked out and made my way to the airport when, due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay. It was a stressful few hours but the front desk made sure I was taken care of.. Gizem at the front desk in particular was stellar in making sure me coming back and everything was easy and this helped reduce my stress levels immensely. The front desk, guest relations, bell staff and concierge are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish I could remember everyone's names. They are all so good at what they do.

Everything was excellent. The hotel has a great location, beautiful views, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. A special thanks to Murat — he was extremely helpful and made our stay much more comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Check-in and service. Thanks to the person who assisted me at the check-in for solving my problem, by mistake I had made the reservation at the Yotel Hotel Airport outside the airport through Booking.com, but he made the change to Yotel Air at no additional cost.
