Everything you need here , Beach with Aqua park with pool in one place , the service here is like the best ever seen , there is someone every meter to help you with love Room view was amazing and luxury , breakfast was nice as well.

The property is extremely beautiful, nice ,neat and coordinated , I’m very happy coming over here The furnitures have a very nice design , I’d recommend this place to every tourist or couples for romantic date, and Mr achraf and m s Keith did a great job and they should be credited as the best host in five Jvc

I shared with my family a long stay, the staff was amazing from the reception always very attentive, the security supervisor we had the loss of the phone but he was super timely and helped us to find it. At breakfast super nice and delicious and in front of the pool very nice. It is a hotel where the staff, cleanliness, food and beverage area are 10/10, even the restaurant on the 29th floor was like feeling at home thanks Tania. Sharing with my family so many days in that place became a little home. I would choose you again. Thank you for making us feel at home

I recently stayed at the Flora Al Barsha Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in and late checkout at no extra charge, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff at Flora Al Barsha Hotel were incredibly friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any queries or needs I had. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently close to the Metro station. This made it easy to explore the city and access various attractions without any hassle. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, with a decent selection of options to start the day. While it wasn't the most extravagant breakfast I've had, it certainly met my expectations and provided a good start to my mornings.

they gave us the room a couple hours before our check in, we came from a long flight and were super grateful for this. the hotel also has a pool so we were able to relax and recharge !!! the hotel also offers free transportation to the airport

Stayed at this hotel and discovered that the Executive Lounge staff are basically superheroes disguised as humans. They were so helpful that I half-expected them to start giving life advice along with my coffee. Special shoutout to Chef Arjun, who somehow managed to make gluten- and dairy-free waffles and pancakes taste so good that my kids now believe he has magical powers. Seriously, I’m starting to suspect he moonlights as a wizard. Every morning felt like a tiny breakfast miracle, my kids left the table happy and me suspicious of whether I should be asking for his secret spellbook instead of the syrup.

I was very satisfied with my stay and the service. I would especially like to thank Ashna in the restaurant. She provided excellent service and made my dining experience much better than usual. I would also like to thank all the hotel staff. You did a great job with your warm hospitality, positive atmosphere, and cleanliness. I hope to return soon.

From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
