The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot.
Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu.
The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far.

This apartment was beautiful, amazing views and great facilities. As a family of 4 having 3 bedrooms 3 showers was perfect.
Location is a 10 minute walk from Dubai Mall, the burj tower, and fountain, (for nightly free water/light/music display every 30 minutes).
Having the use of the towers lovely pool was also brilliant. Plus a shallow pool for small children.
Apartment host's communication was great.
Would definitely stay here again if visiting.

Access to the mall is such a great concept with the weather being so hot in July. My teenagers (12 & 16) loved they could pop to the cinema or toy store. During happy hour, when children are not allowed in executive lounge the kids went for burgers in the Mall. All finished off with the comp tickets for Ski Dubai. A great 24 hrs of fun had in a beautiful surrounding.

It was flawless! I would consider this family vacation every year. The kids had fun and level of service was over the top. Access to the lounge is a great plus. Breakfast buffets were over the top.

The apartment staff was not helpful. I came with a 4 kids 2 were sleeping. The Filipino reception in night shift took opportunity to deny me a 2br and gave me 2 separate rooms for my family of 6. I didn't like her attitude or the policy of hotel to not consider families for one full family room to accommodate the night.

All the staffs from reception/housekeeping/the pool and kitchen staffs are extremely helpful, they accommodate our requests and they gave a surprise cake and room decors on our arrival. Kids club is really nice with kids pool/playground, a really family friendly hotel. The beach was nice also and the adult pool.

Rooms were clean but small and not recommended for families with more than 1 child although I booked two rooms because I need a space that can accommodate 2 adults and the kids. Requested for 2 connected rooms but that was not met by the hotel when we arrived. The breakfast was good but the breakfast area is small and you will need to wait until they find you a table Maybe that was because it was Eid holiday when I went there. Location is good and the roof top swimming pool is nice.

Our home away from home. This is the cleanest, most affordable and family friendly hotel in Dubai. Great for families and value for money. A great base if you want to visit Dubai Marina EXPO City, The Palm etc... Also great for work visits. Strong WiFi. Staff really friendly and hospitable.

We visited the hotel with friends from New Zealand (family of 2 adults and 3 children) who were visiting Dubai.
The outdoor staff did their best to prepare for the rains / flooding and respond in the aftermath.
It was obvious that the staff worked very well after the rains to re-open the pool areas and kid's splash area on day 3 of our stay so the children were able to enjoy after 2 days of being confined indoors.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is kid-friendly, stuff is always kind and ready to help. Food was delicious. Everything is perfectly clean, very nice and sweet scent through the whole building. Place is close to the beach and Marina. Children playground is great. We enjoyed our stay with a baby. We will miss this great place and our room with perfect Marina view.
