Great views and very convenient. Part of Dubai mall so easy to get everything in that area. Shady was incredibly helpful and was able to store my bags and then he upgraded me to an even better room and view. Will definitely come back- much better than a hotel room!!!! And the views really were amazing !

Housekeeping was quick in giving the request. Rana and yogesh at the desk were very helpful.

All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The property was very clean and room very comfortable

We where on our thirty aniversary and we wanted a king size bed , booking didn't put the second person so they charged for the breakfast, it's the second time that happens with booking

The mini fridge was excelent and kept all the beer cold XD. Complimentary water was always provided, room was clean and floor isnt carpeted (which i love). Staff were so friendly and welcoming, specially Tshering at reception had all the answers and was very professional.

perfect location near Persian Gulf, nice breakfast and dinner buffet. Highly recommend to have lunch in the JB Gastropub instead of Rosso restaurant.

Service was perfect. Any questions I had were resolved very quickly. I had a perfect suite with nice view.
