Phil is a generous host who provided the upmost care for me during my stay. I was visiting the area for the Newport Rhode Race and had to wake up very early. When I asked about how to make coffee in the morning, Phil offered me a jar of pre-made, home-brewed cold coffee. It was obvious during my stay that he takes good care of the guests he hosts.

The place was so spacious and clean. Very close to the beach, local amenities and the famous Cliff Walk. Bryan (the host) was so responsive and always there whenever we needed something. We will definitely come back to this place in the future.

It was clean and efficient. No street noise. Nice view from the windows. In room heater was quiet and useful. I slept quite well.

Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. The walk to Newport business district was perfect for burning off a few calories from the fabulous Newport restaurant food! The noise from the first floor was minimal and barely noticeable. We would definitely stay here agai !

The place was in a perfect location, it was qell equipped with everything you need. Nice coffee maker, bring your own coffee beans, or coffee. It was great. Beautiful backyard with a BBQ & firepit. My dog loved the yard too. I could go on about the amenities. Bryan, the host was great too. Very responsive. I highly recommend a stay in rhis beautiful spt/condo. Also not far from the beach, cliff walk & the mansions. Wineries are not far either. If you love seafood & don't mind cooking, anthonys fishmarket is up the road & reasonably priced.
