Cable, Smart TV's WIFI New brick patio in backyard to sit and relax. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Pool available between June-September
Innkeeper/owner occupied within house so you will only see him and family outside the house tending to the yard and pool. Loft is privately located off main house. Private entrance. Host previously owned and operated multiple Newport Inns. Was a Trip Advisor Award winner for 15 consecutive years. While slowing down from the Newport scene the owner still likes to offer services at a modest price and prefers the relaxful nature and quiet in this location. The property abutts a 10 acre farm. Extremely quiet and has been reconized by guests as a peaceful and relaxful stay with still having all the benefits of going to Newport via a car ride or Uber.
very quiet. minutes away from beach. must respect neighbors nothing loud after 9pm Aquidneck Island you can get around how you like. Please don't drink and drive take and uber! 10 minutes to Downtown Newport.
