The location, value, and pet-friendly makes the property golden. It was a quiet get away. The laundry room at the bathroom was a nice touch. I would return again if I will be in the area. This place is a solid and would recommend it.

We had a great stay! The space was a good size for our family of three (two adults and one child). The queen bed was comfortable, and while the futon wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s pretty typical for a futon and wasn’t a surprise. The condo had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, laundry, and air conditioning, which made our stay very convenient. The location was excellent just a short walk to the pier, the beach, and downtown, making it easy to enjoy everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We stayed over the Fourth of July, so it was definitely loud at night, but we expected that given the holiday and the location, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

The property is in a wonderful location, just a short walk from town. The owner has gone to incredible length to ensure that guests are well-taken care of! The accommodations were exceptionally clean and also stocked with all sorts of fun snacks. We truly loved our time there and would definitely go back when we are in the area.

The location was amazing. Literally steps away from the beach path. I was nervous since this appears to be an old motel that it would smell or be rundown. Total opposite. Everything was fresh and very clean. The patio furniture was the best out of all the units there. Coffee, tea, sugar were available which was much appreciated!

Post Road Charmer is located in Moody, just 24 miles from Funtown Splashtown USA and 2.1 miles from Mount Agamenticus. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.2 miles from Moody Beach.
