You'll also have access to a kayak launch to get out on the water. Hop in the car for a scenic afternoon drive along Route 1, making sure to peruse Wells' famous antique stores on the way home. And complimentary internet access makes it easy to plan out your adventures. The gorgeous beaches of Southern Maine await - book today! This condo sits roughly equidistant from downtown Wells, three miles north, and Ogunquit, two miles south, creating an ideal escape for beach-goers, small families, and antique enthusiasts. Pass the summer on the golden shores of Ogunquit Beach one mile south, and take tranquil nature walks through the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge six miles north. THINGS TO KNOW An additional 75 dollars resort fee applies. The condo is heated by an electric baseboard with thermostats and the living room by an electric space heater. Take advantage of the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool, Ping-Pong, and a fitness center. The pool will be open from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting. If you plan on using the new HOA kayak launch and dock structure, you will need to sign a waiver and supply your own kayaks, life jackets, and other equipment.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
