I love the area the property was in. Amazing cafes/food around the corner. I often walked to old town (about 10 minutes, and best for exploring the area) but you can easily get a grab. Linh is an amazing host, was always nearby if needed, and recommended me some great food/cafe options! The pool area is great and has enough shade to relax in during the hot midday. The space is beautifully designed and is just like the images if not better!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—situated on a very quiet street, with absolutely no noise at night, which made for a peaceful and restful sleep. At the same time, it is conveniently close to the beach as well as the main street with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself is very cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The lovely garden creates a charming atmosphere, and having breakfast there each morning was a real pleasure. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mia, who made our stay even more memorable with her kindness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on our next visit.

The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

The place is welcoming and pleasure. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. The staff was nice and helpful, and made sure that we are good. The location is great- just a few minutes walk from the old city, with restaurants and shops around, and 1 min walk from the river.

The staff was exceptionally helpful during our stay and was very pleasant and nice to talk to. The amenities were also great and everything was clean well maintained.

Property itself is clean, contains air conditioning and overall the building and amenities (elevator, air conditioning, washroom fixtures etc) are in working order and in relatively good shape.

The host V was accommodating and helped us when we asked. I would highly recommend this homestay to any traveller. The property was clean and tidy. Linen supplied, full facilities available, and walking distance to town.

Vy is an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a big smile and a plate of fresh fruit, instantly making us feel welcome. She gave us great advice on local tours and trips and even offered to arrange them for us at very reasonable prices. We wanted to have some clothes made, and Vy personally took us to a tailor — who turned out to be fantastic as well. On the day we were checking out, Hoi An was flooded, including Vy’s property. Despite the challenging situation, Vy and her family went above and beyond to help us. She braved the floodwaters to bring us freshly made Banh Mi, organized a boat to ferry us through the flooded street, and arranged a taxi to meet us on the other side of the bridge. She even went back herself to collect our luggage, which she had carefully wrapped in plastic to keep dry. We were truly touched by Vy and her family’s kindness, care, and generosity — they showed such genuine hospitality and heart. The apartment itself was lovely and fully equipped, a short three-minute walk to the markets just across the bridge, right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend staying with Vy — an unforgettable experience in every way

Great location, close to the old town, but very calm. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had all we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. .

The whole experience was really top rate and we were treated like VIP's for our entire stay. The building is newly constructed and professionally decorated in a very tasteful and comfortable way and equipped with an elevator. The extra space of an apartment was great and we could spread out and relax. All of the staff members were very friendly and happy to chat with us regarding things to do in Hoi An and even talked to us about the history and development of the town.
