The whole staff was amazing and so helpful during my 3 night stay in Hoi An. From arranging tours of My Son to getting taxis the staff was wonderful and so friendly. The food and service at the hotel was excellent I would stay their again and recommend the Sala Hoi An Hotel to anyone planning to visit the city

Great location, lovely staff and good price. Rooms were great, cleaned every day with new towels and very quiet in mornings and evenings. Staff were really lovely and helpful. They helped sort tours, motorbike and laundry. Also, next door is a pickle ball club which was cheap and good to use. Highly recommend and definitely be staying again. Thank you

Very clean, friendly staff, the AC is working properly, the beds are very comfy and the room is very cozy. The location is also nice. They have a cafe across the lobby where you can learn how to make your own egg coffee! They also provide shuttle buses to Da Nang and other destinations

The hotel is very charming, you feel like your in someone's home. The staff is amazing...so nice and friendly, and always available to help. The breakfast buffet was much nicer than I thought it would be for a boutique hotel. While the walk to ancient town is about an 8 minute walk, it's a nice walk with lots of cute shops and cafes along the way.

Very friendly staff. While the room is fairly small, it is comfortable. Curtains keep out almost all the lights so easy for me to sleep in the mornings (I work at night). Pretty quiet street. Everywhere in the hotel kept clean and tidy.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff in particularly were amazing - friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with anything you needed. Surprised me with a cake on my birthday which was very kind. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or noodle soup also available. A few minutes’ walk to the old town and about 15 to the Hoi An Memories show. And you can pay by card without a fee. Would definitely stay here again.

A clean and spacious place, perfectly located near the lantern-lit riverside of Hoi An. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm and helpful service. I was truly impressed and will certainly return.

The staff was the most genuine, nicest, and amazing staff ever. They were beyond attentive and responsive. We booked tours with the hotel (way cheaper this way btw) and the breakfast was worth it. Also, they booked transportation from the airport both ways via WhatsApp. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff!
