Hotels in Cam Thanh, Hoi An

Everything! We were well looked after from the beginning to end. The bed was really comfy and everything was very clean! We loved breakfast—the egg station and variety of jams. We also loved the view from our bathroom overlooking the rice fields!! Absolutely spectacular. But the best thing of all was the staff. So so so helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Setting up the bikes for us, personalized recommendations for things in the area, and so much more. If we come back to Hoi An, we will come back here! Thank you for everything ❤️

Beautiful place, with a peaceful vibe.

It was on a nice quiet location next to the river. The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water. The host speaks good English and helps everything you need. They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an. The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.

What a phenomenal property. Easily one of the best hotel/resorts we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. The service was unbelievable! Special shoutout to Thao who was our host and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we LOVEDDDD the complimentary spa treatments every night. We’d come back to Vietnam JUST to stay here again!!! Thank u Namia for an unforgettable stay

Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa is in my opinion the best place to stay in Hoi An. The room, facilities (awesome swimming pool!!!), the surroundings and the location, everything is simply perfect. They also have bikes for rent for free, that we used a lot. The staff is impeccable, honestly I've never seen such good quality of care and dedication anywhere during my travels. If you're going to Hoi An, stay here if you can. We also had their breakfasts and they were really good.

The ambiance of the property was beautiful. The swimming pool was exceptionally large, clean, and refreshing. Being located on a lagoon you felt you were out in a kind of exotic place. There were three extra locations where you could hang out either to read a book in the library or do yoga in the pavilion with the breeze is blowing around. There were different plants growing on the grounds. You can swing in a hammock if you so choose. My heritage room was large, and even had a wooden bathtub. Several rooms had either a balcony or a front porch, which was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every time we returned from an excursion we were greeted fondly. There are free bikes for your usage and we use them to cycle to the local beach.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and we got lucky that the rice paddies were young and green (Mid January). Rosie and Tara, the receptionists, really took great care of us during our stay. We loved that they include a free laundry service (a basket a day) for each room. So genius and so convenient for the guests. Rooms were clean and comfy. Shower pressure was great but sometimes didn’t have hot water in the afternoon. We already booked another stay after we come back from Da Nang :)

This is the place to be! I have been traveling for over 80 days now in South East Asia. Here is the only place where I find myself like at HOME. Location: only 20 min walk from the busy city center, but far enough to have the best quite sleep at night, surrounded by trees Room: CLEAN, specious, with a lovely balcony, AC, kettle Breakfast: Fresh cooked breakfast, fresh squeezed fruit juices, like coffee shops coffees Possibility to do Laundry and get a scooter to travel around, all organized by the BEST HOSTS! Quality/Price like no others!
