Everything! We were well looked after from the beginning to end. The bed was really comfy and everything was very clean! We loved breakfast—the egg station and variety of jams. We also loved the view from our bathroom overlooking the rice fields!! Absolutely spectacular. But the best thing of all was the staff. So so so helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Setting up the bikes for us, personalized recommendations for things in the area, and so much more. If we come back to Hoi An, we will come back here! Thank you for everything ❤️

The ambiance of the property was beautiful. The swimming pool was exceptionally large, clean, and refreshing. Being located on a lagoon you felt you were out in a kind of exotic place. There were three extra locations where you could hang out either to read a book in the library or do yoga in the pavilion with the breeze is blowing around. There were different plants growing on the grounds. You can swing in a hammock if you so choose. My heritage room was large, and even had a wooden bathtub. Several rooms had either a balcony or a front porch, which was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every time we returned from an excursion we were greeted fondly. There are free bikes for your usage and we use them to cycle to the local beach.

It was on a nice quiet location next to the river. The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water. The host speaks good English and helps everything you need. They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an. The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful- the ambience, hospitality, food, and cleanliness were top-notch. Kathy and Koi were extremely helpful and made our stay feel like home. Koi was a fantastic driver during our trip to Ba Na Hills; the drive was pleasant and engaging, thanks to his friendly attitude. Kathy welcomed us warmly and was always there whenever we needed assistance. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the overall experience was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

We've enjoyed an exceptional stay at palm garden! The resort has a spacious layout, with enough privacy and multiple lunch and dining options (Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian). From the private beach to the great swimming pool, fitness and spa, you can enjoy an relaxing stay. The service level is also great! The staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything. Special shout out to mister Vy, who made sure everything was ok and could give us great advice on what to do in the area, and to mister Thi for the freshly picked coconuts from their own coconut trees on the resort. The breakfast was very tasty with almost too many options to choose from (Vietnamese, French, English, ...). 3 times a day the resort offers a free shuttle to (and from) Hoi An with options in the morning and afternoon. When "too many" people want to go, they just arrange another car so everyone can go. All in all, great stay, and would definitely visit again!

The spoke good English and the receptionist were very helpful. No communication issues at all. The food was soo good. Lots of choices. Even for vegetarian and vegan. The breakfast and dinner buffet was so yummy. It was almost our highlight of the day. The hotel is huge with lots of space. It’s extremely clean and very well taken care of. Nice decoration during Christmas. The pool and beach were big but it was raining so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. Great playroom for kids with lots of activities and the park right next to it. Rooms were big and clean, bed very comfortable, clean and big.

The Hotel is beautiful, it has an infinity pool facing the rice fields. Everything is clean and tidy, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. They have shuttle both to the old town and the beach. At the beach they have a bar with lounge chairs on the sand (free), staff, again, so friendly! Cannot say a bad thing about Lasenta! Will definitely come back.

Hoi an memories show was excellent!

Hoi an memories show was excellent! The town lits up at night and is such a pleasure to walk You can have food at so many restaurants in the old town, along with foot massage on river side. You can cycle the town and it's nice to walk in day time . We ate at met , which had lots of vegetarian options too.

local people just trying to get money out of you all the time. went to one restaurant ordered chicken satay obviously they didn’t have it and just gave me chicken with fried garlic on it. Absolute Taurus trap locals pissing in the street tourist trap many many better places than this island.

A Bang has a lovely beach but it can get crowded especially were the sun beds are. Restaurants near the beach tend to be expensive compared to those one or two streets back from the beach. It does get very crowded in the evenings between 6 and 9 when people come in from Hoi An.

Location was great for us. It was quiet and nice. The pool is great for kids. You can have a breakfast and price is reasonable. The hotel photos match the description. It was good to visit Hoi An and VinWonders and come back to this lovely place. We ate at Lucky Restaurant most of the time. They have local and western food.

I love Hoi An but it is getting too touristy and crowded, the shops almost all sell the same few things, the coracle boats are just a naff experience now, with nature taking second place to karaoke. Food is great, people are friendly, everything is relatively cheap but it is too sticky and sweaty in August.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

Hoi An is so worth visiting.

Hoi An is so worth visiting. It’s magical at night with all the coloured lanterns. We spent 4 days here it was perfect . We had dinner twice in Morning Glory restaurant it was so good. Also great if you want to have tailoring done, bring exact pictures of what you want .

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to...

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.
