The hotel is amazing. It is a piece of art in itself. And it is far from noises. The view is wonderful too.

The host who runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful. He took great care of us and even kept our bags for the whole day after we checked out, which made our last hours in the city so much easier. I would have loved to rate everything five stars, but the guy handling the tours deserves a separate shout-out because he was also great!

Staffs, hotel position, hotel room and breakfast. Everything is perfect. Even not so many guests on the day we came, the breakfast was great, many types of dishes. Staff's attitude was very good. I will come back.

The room has a beautiful ocean view, directly facing the sea without any obstructions. The staff are very enthusiastic and extremely charming.

If you are thinking about a trip to Halong Bay, do yourself a favor and cross the bridge to Hong Gai to find a great place to stay. It is only a ten minute Grab ride from the tourist attractions in Halong Bay. If you choose to stay at the Halong Boutique Hotel, you have made an excellent choice. It is a beautiful hotel offering very spacious and comfortable rooms at a fantastic price. The staff will go out of its way to see to all your needs and answer any questions you may have. I am happy that I and my partner chose to stay there.

well done very flexible. That's a few word describe this place. We come to the hotel early seven in the morning even they don't have the room already, but they still let us check in early in another room without any fee 😁😁😁. The breakfast super fresh and delicious bravo.

Great hotel, great staff. Comfy bed. Good place to come back to. Clos to beach, but unfortunately the beach was closed from swimming after the typhoon.

Great location in Ha Long City. I liked that this area is a bit quieter than the main city but still close enough by walking to restaurants and also the beach. The room was also quiet and we slept very well with the mattresses. The family who runs the hotel is also very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was absolutely nice and professional, making the place feel of a high quality. The room was very comfortable, the bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was very good, the chair and other mobiliary of very good quality. If you want a place to stay the night before or after your cruise, this is a great option! I didn't see the pool or the beach, so I can't speak of it.

They have a good swimming pool and fire pit at the same area and amzing bar with amazing bartender between the pool and pit. They have a rooftop for some relaxation time or meditation or having drinks etc. also you can rent a scooter or bicycle everyone was so helpful and i had a great 3 days there
