I’ve travelled extensively and stayed in countless 5-star hotels, but this place truly stands out; it feels like home. The staff are exceptional (Jenn and the rest of the team), the manage Lin is outstanding, and housekeeping is spotless and efficient. The chef deserves Michelin-level praise, every dish is made to perfection, and their BBQ is a must-try! The pool is cozy, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the value for money is unbeatable. If you're in Phu Quoc, don’t think twice, just book here. You’ll absolutely love it!

I really loved how easy it was to get to Sunset Town from the apartment. The view was honestly beautiful, especially during sunset. What I saw in the pictures online was exactly what I got in real life. People usually pay to see the Symphony of the Sea and the Kiss Bridge, but I could watch both right from the balcony. That alone made my stay feel really special. The host was incredibly kind and kept me informed about everything beforehand. They even helped me check in early because my flight got preponed, which I appreciated so much. The building had a gym, laundry facilities, and even a department store, so everything I needed was right there. The security also made me feel very safe throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

The view is absolutely stunning — especially at sunset — and the nightly fireworks display was truly unforgettable! We had a great experience here. The most important thing is that this hotel is honest and they haven't cancelled the reservation for the New Year time (like many other hotels unfortunately did to many people). Awesome seaview.

The decor of the room was very clean, roomy and cozy.the hotel also not far from the water taxi and shoplots its just walking distance. Highly recommended ♡♡♡

Brand new building located in sunset down. Could watch fireworks each night from the roof with lovely pool. Apartment was ideal and the host was so so fantastic. She went above and beyond for us and was such a lovely person. Couldn’t recommend her enough, 11/10

Nice location on the beach in the middle of a local fishing village. The owner is kind and very helpful. The room is a little small but adequate.

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are quite new, and the location is convenient. I want to go sightseeing in the south or north of the island, which is only about 20km away. There's a night market nearby that can give you a few choices.

Location is perfect, the hotel is new, hard mattress and low pillows are pure love. Additional thanks to an extremely friendly and helpful guy working there. Would totally stay again.

The room is spacious with complete amenities provided. It can fit up to 5 pax. Book the biggest room and you can see the amazing view just right from your balcony. Please book this place if you visit Grandworld. The lady is super nice. She even gives us some fruits and snacks once we check in. She always willing to help even with the language barrier. No worries, just use your phone to translate! 1 minute walk from the water show and less than 5 minutes walk from the water taxi ride and some other landmarks. Worry not, buggy is always available for you to go a little bit far like Vinwonders & VinPearl Safari.

Todella viihtyisä majoitus. Huoneisto oli uusi, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Iso parveke merinäkymällä oli täydellinen paikka katsella auringonlaskua. Sijainti Sunset Townissa oli erinomainen, ja kaikki tärkeä oli kävelymatkan päässä.

Since it is a luxury apartment, breakfast was not provided. However, the owner provide a sophisticated coffee machine for their guest to prepare themselves. There is no limit to the number of servings. During my stay, I carelessly left my set of keys in the safe box. Ms Amora, contacted my husband and arrange to return to us. She asked me if I would like to post the keys back to Singapore or she will look for someone who is going to Singapore. I chose the 2nd option. So the owner drove to the airport, Phu Quoc, look for a nice guy and ask him to hand carry the keys back to me. Bravo! The helpful guy called my husband upon arrival and passed the keys to me. I thought that was very thoughtful of the owner to do such a thing.

Clean room, good price, awesome food!

Walking distance to the night market, to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and accommodating helped us to book some of our tours. Our room gets room service every day even if you don't ask for it.

OMG!!! this place is awesome 😎 We stayed 5 nights from our 15 days vacation and I was thinking why I didn't get this place for the whole vacation!? 1) clean!!! 2) washing machine, shower, a/c all working good and we had fan also. 3) kitchen have everything what needed, madam Mimi will help with anything, any question if required. 4) pool! Fantastic, kids was happy, we was happy. 5) location good, not to crowded, whole hotel is so green, plants everywhere , well maintained, feels like you out of big city ❤️
