1. The owner is great. Very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. 2. The apartment is big and very clean. 3. It's in a very safe neighborhood with 24-hour security and close to downtown, but still very quiet during the day and at night for sleeping.

This place is all about the small details that make you feel so welcomed!! From the moment I arrived Flavia and Miriam made me feel amazing! Loved, and at home. They are so sweet, so helpful and so joyful to receive guests. Wonderful service! They offered a fresh coconut to drink as soon as I arrived from my journey. They put a little gift bag on my bed with a special note for me. They even put my country's flag with it just to make me feel even more welcomed, it was very cute and heartwarming. The decor of the place is stunningly beautiful. You can feel how thoughtful this place is. Everything is clean and in good taste. Well maintained. The location is perfect, everything is so close. Offering a peaceful stay. It looks even better than in the photos. Such a perfect little spot to really relax and enjoy your dream holiday. I got lucky to see all the other rooms and all of them were beautiful! I highly recommend staying there, if you want to have extra value for your vacation.
