The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the old town. In Santa Catalina. A neighborhood with cafes, shops and a lot of life.It is furnished with great taste. It has everything you need to cook and everything you need to spend your vacation. It is soundproofed so you sleep very comfortably.
Everything is perfectly clean. Our children slept very comfortably on a sofa bed and we slept in a good-sized bedroom. It has air in both environments. Also two televisions. Nacho has been very attentive to us and has given us tips about the city. We will definitely return to stay here. One of the best experiences in a tourist rental that we have had.Thank you very much Nacho for everything. See you another time, we loved Mallorca.

Stayed here many times before, sadly on arrival given an apartment in annex property which we had not booked - very cross about as travelling all day and it was now late evening. Moved to correct studio apartment in main hotel block next day which as usual was brilliant with lovely marina views.

Very nice little apartment in Calas de Mallorca. The check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and smooth. The flat is very well equiped with everything you could need during your stay, it even has an air-fryer (which we didn't need tho lol)! The master bed might be a little narrow for two big blokes that do not plan to cuddle, but nothing that cannot be handled for a week or two.

Spacious modern apartment with amazing view of bay (we went for the superior option). View from the lower floors will be obscured by another hotel. Very effective air con. Pool is a good size and cleaned every morning. Pool bar serves decent snacks and drinks. All staff very polite and helpful. Good location for both the beach and the quieter top end of the resort (Costa de la calma) which has some nice restaurants serving authentic Spanish food. Palma is a great city and not far. We went twice on the bus.

The pool was absolutely fabulous, as was our flat as we rented the premium apartment. The location was superb, very close to magaluf strip however you ou dont hear the music if you wanted to stay in at night. Aldis across the road was very handy every morning. Very short walk to both Magaluf and Paul a nova beaches

A very comfortable apartment in a quiet yet convenient location to the main area of Cala D’Or. It was a great space for 5 people with all the amenities to feel right at home. There was always convenient parking for one rental car, and the pool was great to dive into after a day of exploring the island. The balcony was also great to relax on for a few drinks before and after dinner in the evening.

It was a great visit; everything went well, and the host was really friendly and tried to answer our ad hoc questions, too. The room was in good size for us with a small child, and it has all needed facilities for a short stay.
Parking is easy around the apartment. The location is very good, a few small supermarkets around, and if you have a car you can drive to a larger one (which has its own parking lot) too! The beach is within a few mins walking distance.

The lady in charge "Promise" was super nice, kind and available. The studio flats were a perfect size and the fact that they had a washing machine and cooker also was fantastic. Every time there was a problem, it was seen to the same day. We had a lovely sea view, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
