Good site, clean and the staff was the best

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean, and the facilities were great. Our room had a nice view of the swimming pool. Coffee, soft drinks, and beer were available for guests. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with directions or any questions. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. My friend who stay in the room for the whole time was also satisfied with the room.

The room is very spacious and well equipped. The instructions for checking in and out are clear and the equipment is modern. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the seaside.

Our room was nothing but spectacular. It was super stylish, had everything we needed and came with access to the pool and rooftop area. The hosts were immensely helpful and gave us great tips for the activities in Palma. We highly recommend Terreno Studios and greetings to Per, our lovely host!

Very helpful and friendly staff - the manager who checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The place only opened a few weeks ago so it is very new and very clean and comfortable. Great little apartments with kitchen facilities and a supermarket next door.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location! Elva was extremely helpful. Coming from Ireland we had forgotten our adapters for the electrical sockets. Elva was on hand to provide us with what we needed. She also sorted parking for us nearby, no problem.

Everything, location, décore , amenities.. They really thought of every detail! They had beach bags and towels ready, hair straightener, all you needed really, we loved being there. Also we had the best sleep in our lives , the bed was a literal cloud. Thank you Ocho team, we had a great stay

The loft is in a vibrant neighbourhood, a few minutes walking from the old town and easy for parking. The terrace overlooks the cathedral and the port.

The apartment was really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the location is amezing for families.

The location is steps from the ocean, which is fantastic. The hotel has 2 pools, restaurants, and each room is equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Extremely pleased with the entire trip and everything regarding our stay at this facility. We booked an apartment and had everything we needed inside. Got the baby crib we requested, and the staff was amazing in helping me order personal flowers delivery to the room. Moreover, any additional requests (such as another round of cleaning or fixing a small door issue) were resolved right away! The location is also superb! In 2 minutes you're sitting on the beach. And if needed, plenty of restaurant and supermarkets are around.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Wonderful location with everything I needed within a short walk - groceries, coffee, lovely cafes and restaurants and all of the attractions in Palma were right outside my doorstep. The apartment itself is very comfortable with great facilities. I was VERY thankful for a comfortable mattress and great sleeps!

Very clean and modern, very good place

You get the freedom to explore all of Mallorca and choose a different view from your bed every night. Probably the most relaxing and stress-free vacation I've ever had. Miguel was awesome and helpful. There was a solar panel and battery to charge your phones at any time, an outside shower for a quick rinse after the sea or a hike, a gas stove, kitchen equipment, and a mini-fridge.

It was easily accessible. The location was fantastic to do the things that we wanted to do and see. The apartment was clean and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

I loved how close it was to the casco historico, just a few steps and we were there looking at all the beautiful streets. I also liked that it was high up so we didn’t hear any noise.

Good location, relatively big for being in the old town, more than enough room for 4 people. The host was absolutely amazing. So reachable. Provided great food recommendations too.

Great location, plus the inner courtyard terrace. Plenty of space in the apartment. Plenty of closet space and hangers to put your stuff.

Hands down, the best place we stayed during our travels in Spain! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and so well put together. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area felt very safe and was just off a main road so it was quiet and relaxing to come back to after a long day, but with tons of great shops and restaurants in walking distance.
