United KingdomWe used Cosenza as a base for exploring the area. For our purposes, property was near to central bus station. The apartment itself exceeded expectations, being a very well-equipped apartment; we were out all day so perhaps didn't take full advantage, but one could make oneself very comfortable here. Was warm, with plenty of facilities, in nice and secure building. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance. Many thanks

Caterina is an exceptional host, she is welcoming and very sweet, and available whenever you have a question or need a recommendation.
The apartment was recently renovated so everything is new and functions perfectly. It is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday. The location is in the ideal point of being close to the beach but little bit outside the night chaos area.
There is close parking space which is a blessing considering how people park in Italy!

Giuseppe the host was such an amazing person!! The apartment was excellent and very well located. It was super clean and very well equipped, the best place we stayed in over one month traveling Italy!

The apartment is just awesome! It's new, beautiful, and even better than in the photos. It has everything you need, including a Nespresso machine with capsules. The host is very responsive and always ready to help. A big bonus is the parking in the gated area near the house. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spotlessly clean, pristine in fact. The kitchen is stunning and better stocked than my kitchen at home! The beds are very comfortable and Sviatlana is on hand to answer any questions or for any recommendations. There’s a small, shared swimming pool which offers rest bite from the heat

Very nice apartment, it is at nice location, 10 minutes walk to the historic part of the city and also the “new” part where are icecream, pizza etc.. Also like 10-15 minutes to the city beach. No problem with parking in front of house. Apartment it self is modern clean and amazing. It also have everything you need in kitchen. Balcony is big with amazing view. Some people dont like the fact that it is in 4th floor without elevator, but if you are not lazy its no problem. We had amazing time staying here and we are absolutely coming back.

The apartment is in a good location, close to a beach. There is a great gelateria nearby. The flat is very spacious, comfortable and quiet, the kitchen is well equipped. Free parking next to the house. Self check-in was quite easy.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay with our two children.
The highlights of this property are the communal pool and the rooftop terrace.
The host Agnieszka was great at communicating and met us at the property both on arrival and departure.
