Lovely host and great view to the mountain! The roadside rest area is just 1 min walk and got fresh food to buy. We had a wonderful stay over there.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to pretty much anything; restaurants, bars, onsens, etc… They also provided a free shuttle to/from the mountain, which we would take in the morning, and then walk home from the mountain after riding all day while stopping at convenience stores for snacks and drinks along the way.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Location was actaully pretty nice. Despite having to walk up the hill just to get to the main road, the walk down from the base of the mountain is downhill and passes all the food spots. The hospitality and convenience of the shuttles (even when it was requested on the same day) was super accommodating. The view of Mt. Yotei was also very nice. Would definitely reccomend this stay to a friend!
