You can spend a relaxing time with your family and friends in a quiet newly built house away from the town. Stylish guest house completed in October 2022. Clean 3-bedroom house with an easy-to-use kitchen. Large dining table with seating for 6 and a sofa are also available. High-speed WiFi throughout the entire building. Cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, etc. are available for long-term stays. Washing machine is the latest drum type with dryer. Bathroom with bathtub. You will feel at home all year round. Please come by car as the location is far from the city. Free parking available. The first floor is a ski rental shop and ski school. I was captivated by the charm of Niseko and started dual living . I travel back and forth between Kansai and Niseko all year round. Badminton and skiing are my hobbies and work. We run a ski school and rental store on the ground floor of our guesthouse. You can enjoy skiing even if you come empty-handed. Eldest daughter lives in London. Eldest son lives in Tokyo.
5 minutes to convenience store by car. 7 minutes drive to the supermarket. 10 minutes to Annupuri Ski Resort by car. 6 minutes to Niseko Village Ski Resort by car. 10 minutes to Hirafu ski resort by car. Niseko can be enjoyed in all seasons, not only winter, but also spring, summer, and fall. In spring, hiking and spring skiing In summer, rafting, horseback riding, tennis, and golf Autumn: autumn leaves, tennis, golf, and hot springs You can enjoy the beautiful changes of the four seasons.
