This place is spot on! Modern , clean , quiet .. check in is a dream all the doors have smart locks. Room has ENGLISH tea and instant coffee , BUT just downstairs a real coffee shop machine with beans free to use and well maintained. Also, washing machine and powder available . This really was a great stay , I stay in Bangkok 4-5 times a year and iv definitely found my new favourite place .

The flat is in a small condo, 30min walk from thong lo BTS. Good size for family of 4 - 2 double size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Staff very courteous. Beds comfy. Nice little pool on top floor, clean.

I only stayed there for 6 hours, didn't spend the night. Good location for a connection between flights. Not far from airport. Shopping mall in a walking distance. Building is a bit old, same as apartment but clean and safe. Host is great. Communication is smooth and she called me a cab to bring me to airport. Overall was a good short stay.

- Good air-con in the studio apartments
- Very useful to have an individual washing machine on the balcony

Super modern room with great aircon and super lovely hosts who assisted us in getting transport to MBK and our next location. Also taught us a bit of Thai which was helpful and were very friendly throughout our short stay. The apartment is in a quiet location but is a 5 minute walk into Chinatown, 10 minutes to the metro and 1 minute to a 240 bus route stop.

What a lovely apartment the NY split-level loft is! It is decorated with love and attention, and it contains all necessities to make travellers comfortable. Including a good espresso machine. The large bed sleeps wonderfully and three airco's keep the place cool.
Communication with the host goes smoothly and they helped with carrying our suitcases up and down the fourth floor. We highly recommend this apartment.

It was the cutest studio apartment! Loved how spacious it was, not just the room but the bathroom as well! I was with my family and my mum and I slept on the pull-out couch bed but honestly it didn’t feel any less than sleeping on a normal bed. The AC works great as well! It was so worth the price I paid.
We loved our hosts. Ricardo and Oh went out of their way to make us comfortable. We requested for a rice cooker which they provided immediately and also were happy for us to check out later than usual without extra costs.

Great apartment/hotel room with kitchen, lounge, bedroom, separate toilet and a well appointed bathroom. Flat screen TV, good WiFi, air con in lounge and bedroom. Good quality towels and toiletries in bathroom.
Great location at the quiet end of Soi 8. Free constant shuttle service but only about 400 yards to walk to the busy area. Easy to find from Nana BTS, 10 minutes walk, free shuttle drop off on return.
Staff were brilliant, breakfast excellent included in the price.
