Everything , location , cleanliness , facilities plus extras , communication. This place is spot on! Modern , clean , quiet .. check in is a dream all the doors have smart locks. Room has ENGLISH tea and instant coffee , BUT just downstairs a real coffee shop machine with beans free to use and well maintained. Also, washing machine and powder available . This really was a great stay , I stay in Bangkok 4-5 times a year and iv definitely found my new favourite place .

Location at the heart of Ayutthaya, walking distance to the historical ruins. Close to night market, and some nice cafe, especially The Summer Coffee. Simple room but extremely clean and tidy. Host offered early check in for me and they also have luggage drop storage. Self check in process is easy and simple. Lastly the shower water pressure is strong and good!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much we all loved this place. It was spacious. Each room has its own bathroom. The balcony is always a plus for relaxing after all day of walking. They have the cutest cafe next door.

Everything!! The hosts are amazing! The place is on top of a coffee place, huge flat! Everything clean and wow what a tub!! Very nice balcony! We had an amazing breakfast, especially the traditional Thai breakfast we got one day! Very central and close to everything! We obsoletely loved it and will come back!
