The location is perfect, it has its own pool and private beach and is a short walk to a public beach. The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also close to Main Street in Hyannis; about 5 minutes by car. The owner of the condo is very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

The Club at New Seabury features a sauna and free private parking, and is within a 19-minute walk of South Cape Beach and 16 miles of Sandwich Glass Museum.
