My name is Dylan Jordan, I am a cape cod native, born and raised, I am a chef by trade, and am very familiar with the area if you need any insight. Our renting style here is somewhat hands off so we arent going to bother you during your stay and you are free to come and go as you please. I manage a number of short-term rentals on cape cod by way of airbnb, vrbo, and booking. I'll be your main contact for your stay if you need anything feel free to contact me.
The restaurant and inn owners here are Patty, Bob, and Jay (mother, father, son) they are always around and are also friendly hosts if you have a quick question or just need to be pointed in the right direction.
Property info
Portside Tavern is in the heart of Hyannis, our rooms are attached to the Portside Tavern restaurant and are all self-check in for convenience and privacy. We are a small independent operation with just seven rentals on the property, so we don't have the hustle and bustle of a hotel but we are centrally located here in town. Our location is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, the ferries and more.
You can dine at the family-owned family run restaurant and bar (same owners) connected to our rental,
serving upscale bar food, fresh seafood, popular south shore style pizza, and more. Try one of the 18+ local beers on tap, watch a game on the 96” projection screen or sit outside by the firepits or at the outside upper balcony bar.
Beach chairs, beach games, goggles and other gear for the beach are available for use!
Half a mile to the beach and ferries/marina. A stone's throw to downtown Hyannis walking and shopping
Neighborhood info
We are just one street over from main street Hyannis, so we are walking distance from the action but just far enough away that you are not right on top of it. There are countless restaurants and bars in walking distance and the location is walkable to beaches and the ferry. Uber and lyft as well as the local taxi are good in the area you shouldn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for pick up should you require it, or just don't feel like driving :)
The melody tent is just under a mile away if you are looking to catch a show, and there are also several breweries in the area.
