Very close to the beach, amazing pool, and breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and attentive. They noticed my car lights were still on and sent me a message to let me know. Its a family run business which I always enjoy because it feels like you're jumping into a family for a few days. Also loved that they provided free umbrellas on the beach :)

Very nice place overall. Clean, spacious and with a good kitchen setup. The road leading to our destination was a bit rough, but manageable. Once youre there its peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again

This was our 7th accomodation on our Balkan Tour, and from my perspective, it was the one that was the cleanest, the most accurate (photos vs reality), and the most fairly priced. We liked it so much, that we decided to stay an extra night. Eleni is extremely friendly, has a nice eye for detail (the garden of the location is filled with wonderful plants, especially the perfume of the basil bushes is something I will remember from our evenings in Borsh). The rooms and also the entire place is extremely clean, the location is peaceful, and it is just across the street from the beach. Internet quality is good (one of the best from our 7 accomodations). The road to this place is a bit bumpy, but it's worth the effort. It was lovely hearing the waves from the bed. There is no breakfast offered there, however you find restaurants and markets in close vecinity, so you can either go out or grab something to eat at the terrace?on your balcony. The parking is public, just outside the guesthouse, but it's safe and free of charge. it is a bit further away from the areas with sunbeds, which makes it for a more natural experience, more village, less mass tourism. we loved it! I hope to come back again one day!

The property is beautiful, less than 1 minute walk from the beach. The views are spectacular and the cabins very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

My stay at Apartmets Bellavista in Borsh, although just for one night, was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a breathtaking sea view. Waking up to that view in the morning was absolutely magical. The bed was cozy, and everything I needed for a relaxing night was right there. What I appreciated most was the peaceful and calming atmosphere of the hotel. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the everyday rush and enjoy the natural beauty of Borsh. I will definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommended!

Instant holiday feeling. Nice atmosphere, clean and functional suites. Located just across the amazing beach, few places you can be better located than this. Still suitable for day trips in the country like Gjirokastër and much better, cleaner and calmer than Ksamil surroundings. Calming for a couple, great for a family. Kayak and sup rent is included in the accommodation price. The restaurant across is also delicious with great service. Breakfast buffet was very good, and barely wasps (a problem in Albania). Personnel was amazing. We loved our week here!

The host of Villa John and the owner of Horizonti are truly some of the warmest and most welcoming people I've ever met. This is reflected in the atmosphere of their restaurant and rooms and with the enthusiasm and positivity of their team. From the very beginning of our stay we were welcomed as family members and treated like royalty. They are clearly passionate about their country's history and dedicated to being the perfect hosts. I would encourage everyone who visits the beautiful area of Borsh to first try and stay at Villa John.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and spotless bathroom. The hosts were very friendly, and check-in was quick. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

This apartment was right at the beach. We ended up walking 3 minutes down the beach to a rock where its possible to jump into the sea. The hosts were all very nice and the property was well maintained. There are lots of restaurant options nearby. The apartment was just as described, clean, and everything worked fine. The area is very safe and we felt welcomed. Parking was at the property. If you are looking for a laid back beach town in Albania, I would definately recommend this place.

The house was beautiful. Super soft sheets and towels. Parking at the house was a nice bonus.

I would definitely recommend staying here. A small, cozy studio apartement with good conditions and warm hospitality. The owner was very kind and friendly. She also offered us free fruit. Very satisfied.
