Location is awesome Staff are great Room very clean and comfy beds

I liked the location near the center of Ksamil and it was a clean and very homy place. The staf was great to.

Very nice owners and team, always ready to help. The hotel is new all sparkling and shining , the room with new furniture , very beautiful view to pool and sea. The hotel is so close to other places, shops, restaurants and beaches. I would like to come bake again

I liked the cleanles , the room it was like everything it s new , the space was good . The location it s good . And the employees where always supporting.

We liked everything about Vill Abedini. From the very start, we were super well treated and that remained until we left. Aleks and his family are friendly and welcoming and made all of our requests happen promptly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable for the 3 us and the breakfast very good every morning.

Everything was really great. The host was super kind and provided us with everything we needed. Answered very fast and gave recommendations on what to do. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great and right beside the beach.

The owners and workers were amazing people. Hard workers and always willing to help with a smile.

The location was amazing, close to many shops and cafes. And minutes from the beach. The owners were so sweet! The rooms are a good size as well with nice size balconies! Will definitely be back when we are in Ksamil! Plus free parking which is needed if you plan on driving there!

Everything, hospitality, rooms, clean, delicious breakfast, close to walking boulevard, close to beaches, it was Fabolous, I would definitely come again. They upgraded my room for free and it came with inside room shower which I find it fascinating. Breakfast you had to choose like omlette, scrambled eggs, etc. great simply great, loved it...

The place is simple, clean, and has everything you need—including a wonderfully comfortable bed. At night, it’s incredibly quiet, so you can truly rest and sleep well. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. It’s easy to find, and there’s convenient parking right in front of the house, which makes everything even easier. There’s a shared kitchen if you’d like to prepare meals. It is fully equipped and has a great coffee machine. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and kindness of the hosts. I felt more like a guest in a family home than a traveler—they genuinely care and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s a rare kind of hospitality that stays with you. Excellent value for money, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Amazing clean amenities, great hosts, best breakfast we had in Albania. The kitchen is fully equiped. 15 mins till beach, good amount of parking space.

The host was very nice and welcoming and communicated freely on both Italian and English. The apartments were clean, big enough, and with comfortable beds. My kids stayed on the balcony lots of times. The place has a clean pool and outdoor bar with reasonable prices. You can park your car on the street by the hotel. Our rooms were cleaned and towels were replaced a few times during our stay.

Location is quiet, near great restaurants and the beach. Beds were very comfy, wifi fast, and the hotel looked quite new. Esmeralda was always available to help with a smile. Breakfast was nice, and varied considering such a small hotel.

Had a wonderful vacation thanks to the most friendly people. Nice location in between the lake and the beach. Clean and well maintained pool. Would visit again and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic in every way! The apartment had everything and was so incredibly clean and well maintained! Great location close to everything but in a quiet village type of area. The host was fantastic- very welcoming, with great insider information, and drove me around looking to borrow something to inflate my flat tire so I didn’t have to pay tow my car. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience. Through the windows you can see a breathtaking view, the scenery of the national park. A pool, sunbeds. Hospitable staff, clean rooms, fresh breakfast, and smiles.

The host is very kind,and the staff also.You have a washing machine and detergents. Coffee machine, drinking water.

I had a wonderful, very relaxing month-long stay at Villa Agushi and in Ksamil. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood - easily walk to everything including groceries, restaurants, beaches and Sunset Beach (my favorite!) My room was spacious and spotlessly clean and everything is very well maintained. The internet was also excellent. No problems at all working and making business calls.

Location is really nice and especially the lake . That place is so quite And enjoyable but i always miss the slippers in room.

The breakfast is served in Veranda restaurant which is about 3min walk from the hotel, but the location is very good, right next to the beach + pool. Breakfast was very good!

Breakfast was consistency and also delicious. The host was very friendly and also very interested in our needs. If i would have the chance to go again to Ksamil, i will choose the same hotel.

hosts don't speak english, but they were so friendly and can support us during our stay. Take care of the name of the accomodation. There is a near by accomodation with similar name.

My stay was made even more memorable by the warm and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Strongly recommended to everyone.
