Beach rentals in Sydney

Whenever I stay in Sydney, I always stay at the Coogee Adina Apartments for it's location, staff friendliness and room cleanliness. Staff are always welcoming and appreciate me when I stay.

The room in the photo and real life is exactly the same. Very spacious, modern and cozy room. The service is impeccable. You have all the amenities you need (stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine 2-in-1). Location is a top notch with Metro grocery store on the ground floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent and close to the water taxi, & the breakfast was very good!

It was an excellent experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and thoroughly furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, the living area was spacious, and the bedroom offered a great night's sleep thanks to the cozy bed and quiet surroundings. Overall, KULA Apartment Parramata is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value in the area. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place to feel fancy but not too expensive!

You can’t beat this location. Bed linens were great. Appreciated the breakfast items. Loved the common area patio. Good communication and instructions - quick responses and helpful hosts.

Location and the staff/management was exceptional

Convenient, well placed for Mosman and ferry. Convenience store, pharmacy, Pizza place, petrol station and bakery within 50m of the apartment.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to beach and all activities in Manly. Plenty of restaurants cafes shopping around. bonus was the coffee maker and plenty of quality coffee pods left by the host. Bathroom is new and shower was very good.

Stunning views of Bondi! We had such a great time at our stay here in early December. The view was amazing, the condo itself looks better in person than in the photos even! Everything was very close by, very walkable, bus stops are just outside to visit other areas, and many places to eat/drink and walk around. The condo was clean and stocked up in the kitchen for light cooking. The property contact was very responsive at all times needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly couple who offered many suggestions on what to do in the area and there was more than enough food for breakfast and snacks. I loved the attention to detail with how the apartment was decorated. They have a sore down the block and bus stops nearby.

Close to restaurants and the beach. There is a good coffee shop across the street which was nice.
