For guest who wishes to have access to both bedrooms, the guest must select 4 adults when making the booking. if the guests only booked for 1-2 adult, the guest will only have access to 1 bedroom. The slight price diffrerent is for the linen prep, towel prep and cleaning fee. please make sure you booked the apartment under the correct number of adults to reflect the number of bedrooms required. The building has no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is construction work across the road from The Ryokan during weekdays, so please expect some noise during day time

We love the water and the tranquility of the Japanese Zen; therefore, this year we have decided to bring Kyoto to Manly. Hope you can enjoy this hybrid of elements and be submerged in the space we created for you. The Ryokan is right in front of the famous Manly beach. There are so many food and restaurant options below the apartment. Evne the famous Ben n Jerrys ice cream shop is located right beneath the apartment. Coles super market is about a 40sec walk away. A staycation or vacation cant get any more convinient than this.
