Charming, classic hotel in the center of the CBD. Well maintained, courteous and accommodating staff. Room is basic, but clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and linens, quiet, good shower with abundant hot water. Close to transportation, shopping, museums and Sydney Harbor. Good value, highly recommended.

I liked the charm of the building and the spacious airiness of the bedroom. I was sent instructions for checking in and the staff were very helpful. The location is also very good.

The location was excellent, close to public transportation and good food. The hotel staff were awesome!! Easy to get to from the airport and cruise terminal.

The location is extremely close to Museum station. I also liked the breakfast tray.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel Team Members, convenient location and excellent housekeeping services . On-site restaurant has very good dining options. Hotel Manager and her team were very helpful and this really made our stay comfortable

The facility was beautiful, the room was tidy clean and beautifully designed. The pool was tidy and nice. The room itself had an amazing view, and air conditioning worked well (which was good since it was hot)
