Charming, classic hotel in the center of the CBD. Well maintained, courteous and accommodating staff. Room is basic, but clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and linens, quiet, good shower with abundant hot water. Close to transportation, shopping, museums and Sydney Harbor. Good value, highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, very easy to get around and see. The Queen Victoria's market was just a few minute walk, Pitt Street was just right around the corner, and The Opera House was a relaxing walk from the hotel as well. The staff was very efficient and patient, especially a man that was at the breakfast lounge who was welcoming and friendly towards me and my family!

The location was excellent, close to public transportation and good food. The hotel staff were awesome!! Easy to get to from the airport and cruise terminal.

The location is extremely close to Museum station. I also liked the breakfast tray.

The facility was beautiful, the room was tidy clean and beautifully designed. The pool was tidy and nice. The room itself had an amazing view, and air conditioning worked well (which was good since it was hot)
