Friendly, helpful staff. Great, safe location near to the beach. Short walk to town. Easy to park nearby if on site parking is not possible. Breakfast was yummy.

Breakfast was good - best porridge ever. Dinner was excellent. Lovely relaxed surroundings overlooking the harbour. Very informal - not really like a hotel, but rooms over the restaurant.

When we walked into the room it smelt so clean,and it was spotless and so was the bathroom Pauline has thought of everything like there was hair dryers irons toothpaste toothbrushes and even for the dog lovers she has a cabinet for all your dogs needs bowls treats bedding leads everything x I think this is an amazing hotel and will definitely be coming back very soon thank you Pauline x

Lovely apartments with everything that we needed. Really friendly welcome. Great communication and we were able to check in earlier than expected. We would definitely return.

Well where do i start? The owners are so nice and nothing is too much trouble ❤️ the hotel is so clean and the decor in our room was bright and stylish, and the bed very comfy. 2 minutes walk to town and sea front. Loved it and Will definitely book again when that way ❤️

It was very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. 5 min walk to the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks

Everything was great, the room and to had breakfast in the morning, the location was perfect, the owners are so lovely.

The location ended up being perfect for all of our adventures, and the inside was soooo pretty. Breakfast was so tasty and everything was perfect! Our host was wonderful and we wish her all the best!

Perfect overnight stay. The host gave us great local advice about restaurants etc. We have a very pleasant stay and the full English breakfast was cooked exactly to order and very tasty.

Lovely and clean caravan, not too far to walk to the complex and only a short distance to the lake, Jan the owner was lovely and welcoming and very helpful and accommodating at all times.

First thing that I liked was the room being nice and warm I had a parking space too which is unusual nowadays

Very warm welcome on arrival , the room was spotlessly clean and the guest house is in a great location for bridlington town centre.

We received a friendly welcome, our room was pleasant and very clean with everything in it needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water replenished daily. The bed was comfy and the room was nicely decorated. A really tasty breakfast was served too. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the seafront. We had a great 2 nights away (wish it had been longer) and would definitely return.
