The location of the apartments is a bit out of center easy to reach and to find parking. The staff we met were professional and friendly.

Perfect location, facilities, great host, Katerina and the ladies from the souvenir shop at the ground floor. You can find all you need, breakfast, restaurants, parking, great coffee and pastry, beach bar, in less than one minute distance.

This is my home away from home. Love this place.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary appliances. Prices are good. What made a great impression to me is hospitality and Miltos.A bottle of water, a bottle of wine and a few fruits were on the table as a welcoming gift. Miltos was eager to help me and provided a couple of blankets on my request. Most important, he helped me on a light health issue a faced in a manner a relative would. Thank you, Miltos!

Top location that is very short walking distance to beach and town. This makes it a perfect beach holiday apartment with everything you need to take it easy! Popy is a terrific host who helps in any way you need and also provides great local info. You want to relax, go there.

Location and roomy apartment with big balcony

This is a beautiful, spotless apartment right on the Ierapetra seafront with the most spectacular terrace overlooking the bay. Even in winter, we spent every morning out on the terrace admiring the view. Apostolis, our host, was fantastic. He left us fruit and wine, brought sweets and honey and could not have been nicer and or more helpful. This flat used to be his home, and it showed in all the comforts he provided. Due to being insulated and facing east, even without supplemental heat, the flat was gloriously warm at all times. we never needed to boost the heat with the aircon and even needed to cool down the bedroom at night! The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in, which was helpful as most of the restaurants nearby were closed for the winter. The bathroom was large and well lit, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. We loved the location--it was a great base to explore eastern Crete and were sad to leave after our week there.

The owner came to meet us and was very kind and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was nice, right across the road from the beach with parking nearby. Easy walk to shops. Very quaint with a fun garden.

We had the warmest welcome in all of Crete at George's apartment. Even though there was no breakfast option when we booked the room, George got us chocolate cake and jams for snacks - and cold raki and water upon arrival. The sea shore is literally in front of the balcony so we enjoyed the morning with an early swim. The location is very good: the city is a 15 minute walk by the sea and the room is even accessible by car (we parked right in front of the entrance). Even though we stayed only one night, we had time to discover George's music collection of Greek pop music. For our surprise there were two air-condition units in the apartment which did an amazing job at cooling down the place.

The property was great! So much better than featured online. Comfortable and very quiet, close to everything. The see the sunset and sunrise from our balcony was incredible! Will definitely stay again. The host was super helpful and accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely stay again!

Nice and quiet stay. New furniture, beds and facilities are available, comfortable and spacious living room and bedrooms. A large closet was available in the second room. The private washing machine was a nice amenity, especially when travelling with kids.
