Our discreetly luxury and fully equipped house with the beautiful garden and the capacious private swimming pool is situated in the quite neighbourhood of Livadia, 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1,5 km from Ierapetra and 90 minutes drive from Heraklion airport. This unique location gives the opportunity to our guests to enjoy several kind of activities nearby, such as snorkelling, water sports or parasailing or explore the island, do safari, visit the most amazing beaches with the tavernas and the beautiful mountains with the marvellous landscapes and their picturesque villages and all of those at a very close distance. Furthermore, you can visit the exotic island of Chrisi, located in the Libyan sea south of Ierapetra, which is approachable with the boat. Our house has sea view and garden view. It consists of a spacious, luxurious and very cozy living room with a flat TV-screen and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed. For extra comfort there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a washing machine and a hairdryer and the in other one there is a shower. All areas are air conditioned and have free WIFI. Outdoors you can swim in the newly constructed swimming pool, where there are sunbeds and a shower unit, relax at the garden sitting on the outdoor lounges with their gazebos or use the BBQ facility. There is also a free private parking space. I have been the hostess of this house since 2018 and every year I love it even more. The fact that the beach is only 3 minutes away is a bonus for people who would like to swim at the Cretan Sea. In a short distance from our home our guests can find convenient grocery stores, cafeterias and taverns (restaurants) that are literally located on the beach. The position gives the advantage for those who would like to explore the island to have many choices of where they could go and visit, such as beautiful beaches or villages up in the mountains or do some water sports or parasailing. We will be happy to provide hints to our guests for places or activities of interest and organize their expeditions!
