They really roll out the red carpet for you at this hotel! Delicious juice, bowl of coated peanuts & sesame crackers while you fill out their form. Comfortable couches in a nice lobby if you have to wait for your room - or cross the street & hang out on the beach. We had booked a side sea view but had asked for a full sea view if available. The lovely young woman who welcomed us said she would have a surprise & she did - an upgrade to the full sea view at no extra charge. We loved it. Everything else was wonderful - nice pool, great buffet meals (2 were included in our package), super friendly staff in the dining room, especially Rania. The private beach was great - fabulous view, a little rocky like most south coast beaches, but a nice bay. We liked it so much that we extended an extra night. Also the Venetian Fort & Napoleon's House were great to visit in the cute port area of the town.

Everything was great during our stay. The location right next to the sea and beach is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Some of the room details were very thoughtful and convenient for a family with a child (like a kid's step stool next to the sink and the double shower that's convenient to take together with a child). Our 1 year old daughter really enjoyed the water slides and the mini discos. The staff was very helpful and professional, the food was good.
