Beach rentals in Kardamaina

Stellar and her family provide such a warm, clean and safe apt to stay in. The floor was so clean it was sparkling! The rooms are very big and comfortable with everything that you might need, and a great sized balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and flowers lovingly taken care of for decades. AC was great to put on at night. The property is very quiet for a restful nights sleep. It is a 1 min walk to 2 supermarkets and less than 5 min walk to the beach and cafes.

The gardens provided a lovely ambience, the hotel has a clean pleasant pool, a great breakfast and very close to a beautiful beach.

Very convenient to the harbor and shops, economical, clean, friendly helpful staff and equipped with everything we needed. Lovely pool, though sadly we didn't have time to take a dip on this trip.

If there are no other options, you can make it work and enjoy yourself there but don't expect even the bare service minimum (like cleaning or reliable or useful communication) and make sure you get a room facing north (same side as entrance). Otherwise sitting on the balcony is way too hot and you will need AC (costs extra) all the time. Also make sure to get anti-mosquito products as for some completely inexplicable reason there are no mosquito nets on the windows, despite the hotel being wedged between a forest and more grassland. Communication with Fania and the other guy is very bad, not just due to their extremely basic level of English but also because they don't answer the phone or read their messages often - it's hit and miss. The reception is usually empty. Also, when trying to talk about anything, the reaction is gaslighty. Yes, there are insects in nature, I figured that out myself - what kind of a response is that? I tried to explain that not even hovering the floor by the "cleaner" (who really just brings new towels) attracts cockroaches but there is no point in talking to them (see above). The guy even came to my room afterwards (not cool), asking if everything is ok - I just tried to communicate but they clearly don't care or understand and I surely don't need a stupid discussion on holiday, so I sent him away.

Clean, comfortable, decent comfortable beds. Pool was Great and Yiannis was a great host and seved good food from the bar area - we will be back!

The location was convenient for me to get in and out and go to work. I was pleasantly surprised when Panagiotis’ mother made such a kind offer of an Easter gift to me. That goes above and beyond service to a customer and it was greatly appreciated.

The place was incredible. The room was spacious and well equipped. The family managing it was lovely and very helpful. The location is prime right on the most pristine sea. The restaurant has great food and as a remote worker it was great to work with the view of the sea. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The property was amazing, very clean, the beds very comfy and we had all the facilities. They also helped us with the transport from/to the airport. Incredible! The village it is the most beautiful from this island, the beach is Heaven on Earth. We cannot wait to come back! We recomand this property and location to anyone! Thank you again for everything! Nestled in the southern region of the island, it offers an exclusive beach area outfitted with a range of amenities, including sun loungers and beach towels. The spacious double room was impeccably maintained and upheld to the highest standards of cleanliness. Every detail appears to be thoughtfully attended to, from the coffee machine stocked with a variety of capsules, replenished daily, to the meticulous daily cleaning service. The owner, Nikos, possesses an impressive knowledge of the island’s history and the most noteworthy attractions. Overall, this establishment is a genuine treasure and an outstanding destination.

nice to have your own little property to hang out at

Pillbox Apartments are those apartments you see on your holiday and wish you booked it! We were blown away by how perfect the place was. We flew in from the hustle and bustle of Santorini, into a haven of seafront quiet. We had one of the patio apartments, which had a full kitchen, washing machine, terrace and straight onto sandy seafront. We only wish we stayed for longer. Kardamena is close to the airport, and it's a delightfully compact town, with everything you might need only a 2 minute walk away from Pillbox. Emmanuel is a gent, always a text message away, and the Greek cats that come with the property were just delightful! We are already planning our next holiday here in September (which is a great time to come!)

The rooms are big and very clean. Stayed for 7 nights and bedding changed twice. The beds are very very comfortable. Everything you would need for making meals if that's what you do. Modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Natasha and George are brilliant hosts who make you feel very welcome and go above and beyond for their guests. The apartments are a 2 minute walk away from Louis supermarket and 3 minutes from the harbour where you will find loads of very good restaurants and bars.

The place was super clean when we arrived. Everything was in place and there were also some spices for us to use. It is located in a quiet area of the town, but it’s also very close to the center and the main streets as well as supermarkets. We could hear some music at night coming from a pub, but it was really subtle and didn’t bother us at all. Konstantina is also super nice as she gave us some recommendations on what to do and where to eat, and was someone we could reach out to if we had any questions.
