Paraschos is a small family run property and is one of the few places in Kardamaina village that is a stand alone property with no neighbours joined close to us so there are views front and back of the property. We may be the only property with a pool that is strictly for guests only. A large quiet private pool that always will ensure sun lounges for you. We are however only a five minute walk away from the centre. It is ideally situated.
My huband Manolis and I manage Paraschos studios. He was a plumber by trade and very handy with tools so of course he handles the maintenance and pool cleaning and I do the rest. Manolis has a 30 year experience fishing in our waters (30 years spearfishing and 5 years with a fishing rod). He can give you great advice on where to snorkel or fish or maybe if he has the time he can take you and show you by boat. We both love meeting new people and we live on site all summer to be close to all our guests and tend to their needs. We both enjoy it.
Near our property there are a lot of country lanes to take a stroll or a bike ride if you love walking as much as we do. Going to the fortress by foot is a favourite for most. We are also a short distance from 2 night clubs if you feel like partying but just far enough for some quiet afterwards! Also there are great little specialty and clothes shops, supermarket and all you need close by The nearest beach is five minutes away. The local bus stop to Kos town for a wander to look at the ancient sites or for extra shopping, is around the corner from us. Everything is easily accessible by foot.
