The studio was cozy, with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view. It was clean, and the host was very helpful. They gave us great recommendations and were very responsive.

What a dream stay we had at Leeda’s village. The location is off the beaten path, with a 5-7min walk to a local, quiet beach and a 10min walk to a minimart. The set up is pretty dreamy, with olive trees and sea views. However, you definitely need a car to get to other beaches and restaurants. We loved eating on site as especially dinners were top-notch. And finally, staff were super nice, helpful and really professional. Thank you team for our amazing holidays.

I really feel like I want to give this place 6 out of 5! Theresa, the owner, is just an amazing woman, and manages the studios so well. They are extremely clean, comfortable and have everything you need. All studios have sea view. The area is so peaceful. I was lucky enough to have my first few nights alone as it was the beginning of the season so spent some time listening to the local wildlife. If you never go anywhere else in Zakynthos you need to go here. Thanks Teresa for making it all so special.

The studios are small, comfortable and VERY clean. In terms of amenities you have all you need. One of the best quality to cost ratios. The location is great. Secluded from the noise while very close to the beach and restaurants. Nikos, the host, is amazing and absolutely goes the extra mile in maintaining this place and catering to your needs.

Everything was perfect, and George is a great host. We arrived earlier than expected, but George was very kind and allowed us to check in at 8:30 AM. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. It has everything you could need, and it was very clean. Each room has its own AC and balcony, ensuring maximum comfort.

The property is beautiful and it is just as it looks in photos. Inside and outside everything was just right for our group of 3 families with young kids. The location is great. Very close to Koulka beach, and not far from Keri beach and everything else we needed is a pretty easy drive. It’s worth driving further to some of the beaches on other parts of the island as well. The kitchen and grill at the house are well arranged so we could cook a few nights. It was very hot every day and the AC worked great! A huge plus! The host, Anna, is absolutely a gem. She brought us fresh eggs, tomatoes, wine, and freshened up our towels and laundry every day. She was available when we had questions, very responsive and fast. She even showed the kids some of her animals - bunnies and chickens and goats. She gave great local recommendations as well. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Just had the most amazing holiday in an amazing villa, the whole family enjoyed every moment from the stunning views from the villa to seeing and swimming with the turtles on Cameo Island and enjoying eating out as a family in the evenings. The weather was very hot but that beautiful pool and air con villa kept us cool. After a fantastic day out on a private hire boat for four hours, we managed to see even more of the surrounding caves and blue waters and for 165 euros for all of us was great value and much better than loaded onto supervised boat tours. With all that and the romantic surroundings of Cameo Island my son decided that evening was the ideal time to propose to his girlfriend for a magical memory they could remember forever. So all in all this is the best family holiday we could have wished for. We thank all of the villa staff for keeping everything spotless and the much appreciated little welcome gifts we had on arrival.

This was our second stay at evylio houses and both stays have exceeded our expectations! We had the most relaxing time soaking in the gorgeous views in the infinity pool and also from our windows. The houses themselves were gorgeous and the grounds immaculate. The cleaning staff was so friendly and kind, and Thimotheos was responsive and great to correspond with. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms had so many great amenities. I really appreciate having some olive oil and spices in the room as well as a bottle of water.

I would generally recommend to stay in this area rather than in a bigger (crowded and noisy) city on the island. The estate is nicely placed, and facilities of the nearby hotels can be used. There is everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. The digicode lock door makes it easy to just walk to the beach or the without needing to take any key, phone or stealable/loosable belonging. This is appreciable. It is recommended to rent a car to exploit completely your stay by visiting all the remote locations. Here you will find plenty of space to park safely too. The owner is also nice and reacts fast whenever you need anything!

Such a great host, who helped us with ideas on what to do and maintains a clean spacious villa for families. This is an ideal spot away from the party areas but still close to everything.

The studio is in a good location, the beach is close, as well as restaurants and shops. Laganas can be reached by foot in 30 minutes. It has a small parking lot, balcony, mosquito nets.

The booking included the use of two separate buildings (2bdr+1bath villa and 1 studio with 1 double bed and separate bathroom). Both buildings and the outside space were sparkling clean. The location was amazing, it was just a 2 minute walk to a local beach. At a 5 minute walk you will find some great restaurants and a more touristy beach.

Some people say that accommodation is not very important when you go on vacation because you don't spend a lot of time in your room but it can have a big impact. My son and i were received and treated like family and that made a huge difference. We felt taken care of, spoiled and so welcomed. The host Eirini and her adorable family definitely contributed to a memorable stay and I want to publicly send my appreciation and thanks. 😊🤗

Host is very accommodating, they let me in my room even if I arrived hours before y check-in. My room is well-equipped and really clean. Location si away from the crowds but still close enough to the center.

Great location, pool area is super clean, rooms are comfy, breakfast that was included is super fresh and tasty.

I loved the location of the place - far away from the noisy Laganas but still at a less than 10 minute walk from the main street. The host, Maria, was very polite and positive. The room was clean and had a great view. The hairdrier is great and is very convenient. The towels were good and smelled great which you can't really see everywhere. Bonus points for two very friendly and lovable cats!!!
