It's located in the south of the Island near Laganas bay, in between the village Lithakia and the small resort Agios Sostis at sea. It is situated in the middle of olive groves but within walking distance (15 minutes) from the sea, some nice bars, restaurants and mini markets. The house offers privacy and has a beautiful garden with private pool and views of the small Vineyard, which belongs to the property, and Vrachionas mountain. The house is fully equipped. It has a small drive way to the house with private parking.
We are the Bozikis family, welcome to our characteristic family house! What we love about this place is the quiet environment, yet you are close to the beach and some very good restaurants and nice little bars. In the area you can find some medieval olive trees that have been in the family for hundreds of years. In the warm evenings it's nice to go for a walk and end up at the little boulevard of Agios Sostis, have an icecream or something to eat enjoy the sea view and walk back through the olive groves at night. (you need a flashlight) No stress, relax and enjoy the simples things of life, being with family or friends, talk, walk, laugh etc. Back to basic.
In the village of Lithakia you can find 'Aristeon', this is our local olive factory where in winter time the olives are pressed to make olive oil. In the summer it is open to visit and see how the oil is made and you can taste the oil as well. At Agios Sostis boulevard or in the port of Laganas it is possible to rent a little motorboat or book a boat excursion.
