Very clean, big apartments with balcony

Everything. It was clean, had kitchen. We also had a great suprise room breakfast which was not included in the price. There was a sea view everything was pefect.

Mr. Manos was an excellent host. The view from our room was amazing.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Botanica luxury suites, including the apartment, the cleanliness, the amenities, the sea view, and the easy walking distance to Neos Marmaras.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff were not only efficient but also genuinely friendly — they deserve special praise. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large terrace, private entrance, and a mini kitchen that had everything you might need - even thoughtful touches like dish soap, a sponge, dishes, and a corkscrew. The beach was just a few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided, and it was cleaned every morning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with crystal-clear water. The location was perfect, with one of the best restaurants in the area right next door, and a large, convenient parking area available. Service throughout was excellent - warm, professional, and attentive. A truly relaxing and well-organized place to stay.

The host was very polite and helpful. The location is great if you are by car, it is 3 min drive to neos marmaras to shops, and you have a lot of beaches up to 15 min drive. View from terrace on the sea is fantastic. Rooms are pretty big.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our summer holidays. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The convenience of having a garage for our car was a great bonus. The room was spacious and impeccably clean throughout our stay. We were truly pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this place to others!

Very nice and helpful hostess! Clean rooms, and amazing location! Parking might seem tricky at the beginning but actually there is a big carpark couple of minutes far.

Absolutely amazing. Probably the best apartments in all of Greece - extremely clean, the housekeeper comes every morning, very spacious, big balcony, three ACs, as many towels as you want, toiletries, great shower, and more. This was our second time here and we'll come back again. Absolutely phenomenal, keep up the good work!

Beautiful home and view. The home was very clean with all necessities available for use. Plenty of hot water for showers. The pool was clean and it was so nice to have that available to use! Owners pleasant and responsive to any questions. Very nice place to stay when visiting.

The property is very comfortable and every bedroom is with ensure bathroom. Every day a person clean the pool.

Beautiful property with wonderful views. Everything was wonderful just keep in mind that there are a lot of mosquitoes and you need to close the mosquito net in order to stay protected.

Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location, everything is new and clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is commendable. They are opening their restaurant soon, so it will be possible to have meals.
