At Estelar Villas, 50 meters from the beach. Two independent villas of distinct architecture with exclusive use of amenities in non-exclusive use. The villas do not have access to each other. You can have your privacy because we are located 1400m from Neos Marmaras in a quiet green place, 50m from the sea, with an amazing view that combines sea and mountain. Next to us we have a beautiful forest, with various trees, olives, pines, firs, etc. The beach is in front of us. At 50m distance you can swim in deep blue waters. Estellar Villas' pools are heated with UV filtration. Next to the pools are the Jacuzzis with color therapy. The villas from each other are independent, separate, without access or visual contact with each other, due to the tree planting that exists between the villas. The parking lots of each villa are located at a different entrance, in a separate place. Each Villa has its own heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, private garden with outdoor living room with bioethanol fireplace for exclusive use! The internet is high speed satellite up to 300mbps.
