My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very comfortable – the bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the balcony added a nice touch. The hotel staff were professional, always smiling, and willing to help with anything. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of fresh, high-quality products. The evenings were quiet, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I want to say this is so much better irl than it even looks on the pictures! I've worked as a house keeper before so I always notice small things but here everything was exceptionally clean. We were in a two bedroom and in each room there was a separate bathroom with everything you need inside for cleaning as well which helps with sand from the beach. There was also a mini fridge in each room and in the one with the kitchen there were all the kitchen tools you could possibly need to cook yourself something. The location is perfect right next to the beach and the town centre and just perfectly outside of it so that you don't have people walking past your room. There was ac in both rooms as well. The person who welcomed us was also very friendly and always rushed to come help us with something if we needed and we could stay in contact with him whenever we needed him. There is a parking right on top as well so if you don't find any parking on the street because it is very tight and also for safety reasons (our car got brushed on a corner) you can park it on the car park and it's very close. Only thing I would say which isn't event about the property itself is that the best beaches are on the other side of the town, however if you go outside of the town there are great beaches there so that doesn't really matter. Would also highly recommend the restaurant at the beach right next to it, it's beautiful and really great service and food!!!

Sarti is a small town, quite busy with tourists.

Sarti is a small town, quite busy with tourists. Parking is very difficult inside the town area (july/august) so you kind of have to park outside, next to the main Sithonia road. There are some restaurants and terraces, but most of them have some generic-frozen-food (even though some have great views), I recommend checking google maps reviews first before chosing one. In the evening you can sit for a drink at one of the beach bar/terraces and enjoy a shisha, during the day you can try the beach, but it's not one of the finest around.

Sarti is a small village and there isn't a lot to do apart...

Sarti is a small village and there isn't a lot to do apart from relaxing. The people in the stores, restaurants and coffee shops are warm and welcoming. The area around Sarti is beautiful and there are plenty of hidden beaches to explore - Sykia, Portokali, Goa, Paradise, Heart-shaped, etc.

We just spent a week in April and it was so chill.

We just spent a week in April and it was so chill. The village has this really cool, laid-back vibe before the summer madness starts. The best part? That view of Mount Athos across the sea is unreal when the air is still crisp. Everything felt super authentic. We spent our few days wandering the quiet streets and hanging out at local spots. We also had a great time at Taverna Pirofani—the food was delicious (and totally affordable!), but it was the hosts who really made it special with their warm, welcoming vibe.

Sarti is definetly forever in my heart, it is a city where our family returns inconditionally every year. The place is amazing, beaches are wonderful, landscapes are amazing. Too bad that year by year it became too crowded

Sarti is a lively tourist destination, but it can feel crowded and noisy, especially for families with young children. There are plenty of attractions for kids, such as toy stands, small rides, and rental cars designed for children, which can be fun but also create constant distractions. However, the lack of pedestrian zones and proper sidewalks makes walking around less safe and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at Olivera Suites Sarti, in the Suite with the private terrace and jacuzzi. The suite was beautifully designed, elegant and comfortable. The private terrace was a highlight for us, because of the view and it being a great place to unwind, especially at night. The suite was spacious and very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the charming village of Sarti and the surrounding beaches. Highly recommended!

This house is a real gem! The rooms are clean, spacious, and exceptionally decorated in a stylish country house style, and the huge terrace offers fantastic views of the sea. It’s a peaceful spot, just a short drive to beautiful beaches and the town, making it great for activities as well as relaxation. This is the second year we've stayed at this location. I traveled to Halkidiki for 11 days — 5 days were spent on Sithonia and 5 days on Kasandra. The hotel is very well located, in front of the beaches and it offers a direct view of Mount Athos. We received a room with a view of the sunrise, so almost every morning we enjoyed watching the sunrise right from our room. The host is a very kind and attentive person. I warmly and confidently recommend this place!

The apartment is new and modern,located in a great spot, right in the center of the promenade, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and taverns.Just accros the street, there is a bakery,and only 200metars away is Sarti beach.Everthing was wonderful and clean,bad linens and towels are changed every day and the rooms are cleaned.Marta is wonderful,kind, and hospitable.I highly recommend it.
