Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, καλώς να ορίσετε στην όμορφη Χαλκιδική μας. Είμαι η Τζουλια (Julia) η οικοδέσποινα του καταλύματος Villa AVLI στη Σάρτη. Είμαστε μια μικρή οικογενειακή επιχείρηση, που φτιάχτηκε με αγάπη, μεράκι και προσωπική δουλειά. Εδώ αγαπάμε τις τέχνες, το διάβασμα, τη συγγραφή, την έρευνα, τη μουσική και τα ταξίδια. Η όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα και η αισθητική είναι στοιχεία στα οποία δίνουμε μεγάλη βαρύτητα. Η ομάδα μας φροντίζει να έχετε την καλύτερη δυνατή διαμονή και να απολαύσετε την ηρεμία των διακοπών σας. Στην καρδιά της Σάρτης, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα Avli villa Sarti, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία 100 τμ. Έξι επιπλωμένα διαμερίσματα/στούντιο που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν τέσσερα και στα δύο απο αυτά και πέντε άτομα. Εντός του καταλύματος υπάρχει μια μικρή ευχάριστη αυλή, σε ρετρό ατμόσφαιρα με μια μίνι κοινόχρηστη πισίνα, όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε. Τα καταλύματα προσφέρουν μια άνετη και φιλόξενη διαμονή, είναι ισόγεια, διαθέτουν εξοπλισμένες κουζίνες,internet με καλή σύνδεση wifi, ζεστό νερό, κλιματισμό air condition και τραπεζάκι στον εξωτερικό χώρo. Eντος του καταλύματος, ακριβώς δίπλα υπαρχει το Avli Grill Corner, ενας cozy χώρος, όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας ή να πίειτε ενα δροσιστικό κοκτέιλ και τον καφέ σας.Όλα είναι ακριβώς γύρω σας, μαγαζιά, μαρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφέ, ζαχαροπλαστεία κτλ Οι πιό όμορφες και φημισμένες παραλίες της Σιθωνίας με τα σμαραγδένια νερά σαν της Καραϊβικής εκτείνονται γύρω σας και σας περιμένουν να τις εξερευνήσετε.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Σάρτης, σε πολύ κεντρική θέση, κοντά στα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, καφέ, μάρκετ. Εντός του καταλύματος υπάρχει εστιατόριο/ψητοπωλείο, για να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας, αλλά και ενας χώρος lounge για να χαλαρώσετε πίνοντας το κοκτέιλ ή τον καφέ σας. Όλα είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής, η παραλία της Σάρτης ειναι μόνο 100 μέτρα απο το καταλυμα. Οι πιο μαγικές ακτές με τα σμαραγδένια νερά βρίσκονται περιμετρικά της Σάρτης και δεν έχουν τίποτε να ζηλέψουν από εξείνες της Καραϊβικής.
